Absolutely the worst doctor in Flagstaff. The office is terrible. They will never call you back. Medical assistants hate their jobs. Trujillo couldn’t care less about his patients. I raised a colon cancer concern and was auto dismissed because “I’m too young” the one thing they’re great at is gaslighting people.
Flagstaff! I have good news! You no longer have to suffer with this HORRIBLE gastroenterology office. There is a new office opening at Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group with three gastroenterologists taking new patients starting in January 2024. Call the specialty clinic to book.I have been receiving care for my Ulcerative Colitis since 2003. Never, ever have I been to an office run so poorly, treated with such lack of care, nor been treated so rudely by front desk staff.The medical assistant for Ashley Peak (who has since left the practice) is an absolute incompetent joke. Colonoscopy failed, created two holes in my colon. Took me to FMC by ambulance to get holes repaired. That was on October 2nd, didn't get home until November 9th. The doctor was Palley, wouldn't recommend him for sure for a colonoscopy or Northern Arizona Gastroenterology. My records show that I was discharge home and everything was Ok. Lies on my record and couldn't get them changed.
