The service was terrible. I was told to wait and hour, ended up waiting two hours. The pedicure I received wasn’t that good. The process was quick and fast. I over paid for my nieces manicure as well. Her nail shaping wasn’t evenly shaped. First and last time I’m going here.

I was a bit wary coming here based on reviews I had read, but I took a shot at it anyways, and was pleasantly surprised. A majority of the staff that I interacted with was pleasant, and the woman who did my nails (who's name I did not catch) did a fantastic job. I have a feeling that I will be returning!

Considering the lack of quality nail salons in Flagstaff, I actually enjoy coming here! I was surprised by how well they do and the prices aren't too bad. They seat most people in timely manners and the owner does a great job of making sure everyone is happy.
