We agreed upon a day for him to come look at my existing unit and work up a quote, which was cheaper than a competitor I had already spoken with, and was able to arrange the install the following week. Master Mechanical is extremely exceptional from beginning to the end! A truly amazing business! I have worked with other HVAC contractors in flagstaff but trust me no one even comes close in terms of professionalism, friendliness, standing by their work, and providing best quality work! Justin is an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole crew that did the installation for me was absolutely amazing! They will absolutely be the business of choice for my business going forward!

I live quite a way from Flagstaff, and they came out when no one else would, on the hottest day of the summer. The repairman was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated how he tidied up after himself. Customer service was goodService: Ductless heating & A/C services
