I wanted a medium pressure and asked to stay off my spine. The pressure was really hard and I asked that she ease up some and she did in that spot, but went back to being very hard everywhere else I was very sore afterwards. She is one I wouldn't use again.
Jade was my MT. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did not apply too much or too little pressure Since I had just finished a 14 mile hike, it was well worth my time and money I gave her a great tip and I will use her Services again. Kindra is my esthetician, facial care. She helped me with a home care regimen, makes sure the product I use is what my face needs. I found it can change seasonally. I love microdermabrasion infusions. Well worth the investment. Kinda is kind and friendly. I have been getting facials since 1/23. Both Kindra and I encourage each other to be consistent in facial care. Best compliment I received my SIL asked me if I used Botox. Wow! This is my favorite product PCA skin: hyaluronic acid overnight mask.
