Noel picked up the phone late Friday afternoon when we had had a house full of guests coming in with the weather heading into the 90s. He agreed to come out at the end of the day to see why our A/C was not working. By dinner time, he had us up and running. He was friendly, punctual and efficient. We will definitely be using Kachina again because of the courteous and professional service Noel provides.

Noel the owner got our mini-split a/c unit working properly and we were very happy with his service. He was punctual, friendly and professional. Even took COVID-19 precautions by wearing a mask. He showed us a simple step we can do ourselves to keep the unit operating more efficiently. Only reason Kachina didn't get 5 stars was the cost. However to be honest I didn't ask in advance what the charges would be and I didn't check pricing with competitors.

Great response, price and quality of work. I did a competitive bid for a complete AC/Heater replacement for my 1993 system. Of the three contractors, one never responded, and another had a high price with a 40 mile greater drive distance to my residence. Kachina provided me a list of major parts and written quote. The expensive contractor provided a list of components when requested. After selecting Kachina and notifying the other contractor and giving him valid reasons why he was not selected.
