Beware: After paying a 50% deposit, the contractor does not return my phone calls, etc. Read reviews on other sites which reveal that my experience is not unique. Since January of 2023 every review has been negative, for the same reason.

Did our roof in summer of 2022 and now shingles come off with the wind. Can't reach Chris - all numbers disconnected. Beware, though I don't think they're around anymore.

Beware: As part of the pre-purchase inspection of my house a roof inspection was done in February by Chris Chaves (ROC #322269) of High Elevation Roofing LLC, who was recommended by my realtor. The inspection was incomplete because of snow and so on August 4 I requested Mr. Chavez complete the roof inspection and give me a quote for any work that was needed. Based on the cost estimate and recommendation I decided to use his services. The contract was for $9,250, with a 50% deposit upon signing. On Saturday, August 12, Chris came to the house and was given $4625 and the contract was signed. The work was to be completed over October 17 and 18, but we have heard nothing... read full review
