Needed an emergency pair of glasses yesterday and everyone bent over backwards to take care of me. Alli greeted me immediately when I walked in the door and got the ball rolling. And Will helped me pick out frames, which is extremely frustrating for me, but he made it fun. Dr. Patrnos made my glasses, on top of an already full day of seeing patients. And then Delfina made sure the finished product fit my face correctly. Oh my goodness, what a friendly and professional practice!
