My wife's grandmother came into the hospital in critical condition. We all knew she she would pass. The level of care by the staff was astounding. When we received the official prognosis it was profoundly compationate and professional. I was blown away by the staff. They removed the room limit, gave us chairs with room service, and explained everything with great care. They made sure we had the time needed to absorb the information and took extra time to understand who we all were to the departed. We were obviously distracted and I would love to give names but the ICU staff deserves the highest praise. Thank you to everyone involved. We appreciate everything you did!
