Straight forward transparent Healthcare. Terry Smith is awesome, one if the most friendly persons I have met in Flagstaff. No pressure, no hype, just conscientious health care. They can even save you a trip to the lab . I was very lucky to find this office, and better yet, they accept my insurance. Two thumbs up !

I wanted to register as a new patient because I've heard good things about Terry Smith. I also thought of registering my daughters. However, I consistently hear how rude and awful their front desk assistant is. Too many experiences about her have been talked about now. Going to see a doctor is already an intimidating and nervous process, so to be greeted with cold indifference or rudeness from the first person you see walking in the door is unacceptable. I've already talked to several who are looking for a new place for medical care and it has nothing to do with the doctors there. That's how awful she is. Unfortunate.

Guadalupe Woodson has been my PCP for about 5-6 years . She is absolutely amazing. She will spend all the time I need with me. She understands and considers how my emotional health effects my physical health. I have gotten wonderful care consistently!!
