We have been using Confident Comfort for a couple of years. We have had a rodent issue this winter with them chewing wires on the furnace. Confident Comfort has responded so quickly to our calls for help. They are always on time, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Some confusion to begin the day. I called to get an ETA and we discovered that I was not on the schedule. Fortunately they were able to get me taken care of later in the day. The technician was excellent.Service: Heating system maintenance

This was my first experience and I am very happy. My appointment was booked quickly, Sean and John showed up on time and did a great job servicing my furnace. I felt like they weren't in a hurry to finish and leave. Instead they took the time to go over everything and then discuss it with me.
