After the death of my father I needed to get his home ready for sale. I do not live in Flagstaff. Bob came over to the house on a Saturday and spent several hours with me going through the house top to bottom, inside and out discussing the things that would need to be repaired, removed or modified to make the home safe and ready for sale. There was quite a laundry list as it was a 27 year old home. After i went back to the valley and Bob and his crew started working on things, I received a call from Bob to let me know that there were a few things that we had discussed that if they moved forward with how we had previously discussed would put me way out of my repair budget, and asked how i would like to proceed rather than doing them anyway and me having a surprise at the end. It was February when he had to work on the property which meant there was snow to contend with and things were still completed in a timely manner and I was able to list the house on the original planned date. I would not hesitate to recommend B3 construction to anyone in need of repairs/modifications to their home - especially if you want it done right!
