I freaking love my braids!! I have short hair about an inch or inch and a half long curly hair, she was able to braid my hair in box braids. She did exactly the size I wanted a medium size braids. Tight but not to the point to where it feels like my head will explode, I expected them to be tight so I’m not surprised by it in any way. I will definitely be coming back to her. The tightness lasts for like 2 days or so and they are great. The price is not too bad, she didn’t add on pricing like some people just keep jacking up the pricing while braiding your hair. Great conversations and watching tv having a great time. She got it done pretty fast.

I have never gotten my hair professionally braided before but was looking to take the dive. I contacted AnnMarie and she responded right away, inviting me to her home salon for a consultation. She is so friendly and inviting, I felt comfortable at once. I got my hair done in two Dutch braids with hair added in for length. I absolutely love it, and I'm excited for a no-maintenance hair style for the next few weeks!

With limited options in Flagstaff, I decided to try AnnMarie. To be fair, she does good work and I’ve always been pleased with my braids. Although, I should note that she braids quite painfully. I fully recognize that I’m extremely sensitive but I couldn’t believe how painful it was to have her braid me. I asked on more than one occasion for her to be more gentle and she didn’t respect my wishes; she didn’t even try. That aside, I was always pleased with the end result and figured this was just the way it had to be.However, I’ve decided to not to return and instead travel to Phoenix for my hair care as options from now on.
