AMCA Heating & Cooling was dispatched to our home through our extended warranty company. After I sent the request for service, Alex had contacted me within a few minutes. He was able to come out to the house within an hour. That was amazing as when we had got home we found our house at 88 degrees and rising. Once he was there he had the problem diagnosed very quickly. The only issue was the exact part he needed was not on his truck and would not be able to get it till the next day.
