My Lexus RX 350 started having issues during a long road trip when the check engine light suddenly came on. Being far from home and in an unfamiliar town was stressful, but stopping at George’s Auto Care turned out to be a blessing.

This is the 2nd year I have had to go to George's for a an out-of-the-blue check engine light (2 different vehicles) that stopped them both cold. George's Auto was able to quickly determine the cause to be rodents' nests in each occurence and fix the crazy damage caused by the animals and get everything electrical and computerized back to specs and the vehicles back on the road. From the time you call and Kaitlyn answers and doesn't rush your explanation of your problem through the minute she calls you back, or the numerous texts to keep you informed, down to the finished job, I always felt informed and respected as a valued customer.
