We recently just bought a home in Pinetop and per the insurance we needed to clean up some trees that were touching the roof as well as some that were in need of attention. I called several tree trimming companies and found most to be very unresponsive or lacked in communication and customer service. However, as soon as I called White Mountains Tree Service and talked to Erin I knew we found the right place. Erin was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions about tree removal and tree trimming. I set up an estimate and Patrick came out and walked our property with us talking about what he saw in terms of tree health and also gave us good insight on what some of our trees were doing. That night Erin and Patrick sent us our estimate and we felt it was fair and reasonably priced so we booked a day to have them come out. Erin sent us a text that morning to let us know Patrick and Ty would be on their way and they showed up right on time. They spent the entire day working on our property and went out of their way to be careful of the other trees and plants in our yard. When all was said and done they removed multiple trees which were causing harm to others or would become a problem the larger they got, they also trimmed a good 8 or so trees including our huge Pine that is probably close to 80-100 years old. They did a fantastic job! Were very nice and made us feel completely comfortable and safe the entire time they were there. Our Shitzu has chronic seborrhea in her later years and it can be very difficult to find a groomer that will deal with difficulties in grooming her. Not only did they accept her, she got one of the best cuts she has had in a while. They also correctly diagnosed a brewing ear infection and plucked her ears to help. Would have given 5 stars but the number of animals here was a little stressful for our anxious old dog.

Our side windows on our truck were not clear and we had tried several products to clean them because we thought it was something dirty. Find out it wasn't something dirty. It was scratches from the sand. We live in the desert and the Safelite person told us that fortunately for us our insurance paid for new side windows so now we can see clearly outside which is a good thing when driving in the City of Phoenix
I had to have my fifteen and 8 month old baby euthanized. Sassy Lee was with me when my husband passed away and when her sister Mocha had to be euthanized!
