Grasp installed my ductless minisplit system and has serviced it twice, including a major cleaning recently of one of my two interior units, the one used most. The business has always treated me respectively, performed professionally, and not overcharged. I was a little nervous about the cleaning perhaps making a mess, but the technician was extremely careful and knew exactly what he was doing. Some people in my (Portal) area have used HVAC businesses from farther away, something hard to understand because GRASP in Douglas, AZ, is so good. I have recommended them to a friend, who was equally satisfied.
