We wanted a metal roof for our cabin. They had the best pricing. Lucky to get it scheduled before the summer storms. They did an excellent job. We own a 4 Plex that has a flat roof covered by a foam coating which got damaged in a hailstorm and the entire roof needed to be replaced. RAGS came out quickly and gave us our estimate right away. They helped work with our insurance company to get the estimate approved.
When they started to remove the old coating, it was found that a previous roofer had put the coating directly on the wood substrate so that also had to be replaced. Once again, they got a bid to us quickly and helped us get the change order approved with our insurance.
