KM Roofing is amazing!!! More than fair pricing excellent customer service. They are honest respectful. Their employees are really hard workers and I am so impressed with our entire experience from the bid to the completion of our roof. I can't say enough good things . They were quick to get products delivered and onsite prior to starting on our roof the next day. They cleaned as they went and I was so surprised at how neat our yard and everything was as they were working . They worked all day and I believe they staggered lunches so work was continuing. I have a very large, very old and very unusual home in Sedona that needed to be re shingled. It has a sloped roof which meets a flat roof which is connected to an unusual cantilever and a large, old attached greenhouse..... and it needed several repairs. I knew this was not going to be an easy job for anyone. So I chose KM Roofing. Paul was terrific! He listened carefully to all of my concerns and remembered them. He thoroughly discussed all of the issues they might discover during tear-off and kept me well informed during the whole process. Paul and his crew spent 2 full days tearing off the awful, old roof. It was a bear! But these guys took lots of precautions to protect the rest of my house, never complained and did an excellent job of cleaning up the area every day before they left. And they all remembered to keep the gate closed! These guys were super! Paul did a great job on all of the repairs and I couldn't be more pleased. When all of the worst was over one guy, Isaac came back to finish the job. He flashed and flashed some more, he shingled and he torched. He wanted every corner and every connection to be perfect. He was positively awesome. He came early every day, he cleaned up every day and he never complained. My new roof is beautiful and I highly recommend KM Roofing to everyone. Thank you guys!
