My 20 year old AC unit stopped working. They came out the same day and gave me a quote to repair the unit but due to its age I wanted to replace the unit. They came out the next day and provided me a written quote on a replacement the same day. I got a quote from other company who just wanted me to sign a contract on an iPad without sending a copy of the quote to me. Best by Farr was HALF the price of their competitor for equipment of the same stats. They did not push for me to sign right away or get an “deluxe package” Chris also gave us an affordable alternative to adding AC to our newly enclosed carport by adding a mini split to the room. Recently my air conditioner stopped cooling my home. I was concerned because it was summertime and hot outside. The very next day, Travis came to take a look. within 20 minutes my air was up to speed and cooler than before. I am a big fan of Best By Farr. They are timely, professional and helpful.
