Nichols installed my new heater in my 1901 Build Home Downtown Prescott. 306 E Carleton. They did an amazing job they had to come back to adjust the heater but after they came out it worked beautifully. I even got a call the next day to see how my heater was working. I went through my home warranty company Fidelity and had to make no less than 23 calls to get it approved, it was freezing temps but I did purchase. space heaters. It took Fidelity almost 4 weeks to approve. After approved Nichols came in and did a great job, I recommend them!

We had an issue with our hot water heater and were waiting for a warranty approval, and by late Friday, when everyone was ready to head home, NM took charge and came over late Friday to place the new hot water heater so we didn't have to wait until Monday!They have an awesome team from the owner to the employees and care about their client.Thanks again!SteveVV Handyman DBA
