I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies over the years, I also work for a company that subcontracts them, and this one takes #1. I called at 5AM, got a call back at 530AM, and a tech was here by 730AM. 3 dogs in the home, work at 10AM, was going to be 110 degrees today, and they came through and saved the day. Very fair pricing, professional service, would highly recommend.
Long review but it’s been a long journey! We are so grateful for Scott! Truly a knowledgeable and honest repairman. Our AC unit started not cooling properly over 10 days ago. First tech we called from a different company misdiagnosed and tried to get us to replace the coils and charge $2500. Thankfully we didn’t use that guy. Then we tried a contractor through our home warranty. A whole week of issues being misdiagnosed, multiple techs not fixing the issue, and wasting our money we gave up on that. Scott is absolutely the best contractor. He is fast, efficient, and does not try to take advantage of anyone ?( a man of honesty and integrity, rare breed)❤️ This guy is the real deal. Scott I appreciate you coming out within hours to diagnose the problem on a Sunday nonetheless. Turn around the next day and have a whole new compressor in my system and my whole house NICE and COOL by the time I got off of work. ?? You and your astonishing skill set are greatly appreciated.
