With the passing of our father Ronnie Prescott Sr. being so sudden and unexpected and also being the closest loss to our entire family that we’ve had to endure in many, many years, there are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Jennifer, Roxanne and the Heritage Coolidge Funeral Home staff. They went above and beyond for my fathers funeral from the second we walked through there door to the final burial of my dad. They were so kind, thoughtful, helpful, considerate and professional throughout the entire process and even continued to be so weeks after my dad’s services. Extremely helpful staff, we loved the services they provided with us. I truly felt that they went above and beyond to assist us. We are truly grateful for every single staff member that we interacted with at this facility. Especially during these difficult situations, it's so important to feel that we matter. Excellent service in a time of great need. My husband passed suddenly early on a Monday morning. Hertage was here for me and took great care of not just my beloved husband, but me as well. They have been there for me keeping me informed every step of the way. I was given options and asked what I needed throuphout this unbelievably difficult time. Roxanne is an amazing person and is truly gifted in performing her work. Everyone was caring and compassionate. Elizabeth has checked in with me throughout as well. I couldn't have done this without all of the amazing people at Heritage. Many thanks to all.
