Excellent service! Very appreciative of the honest and professional work Mr. Nickel did. I called him for AC service and electric troubleshooting and repair, and he was always communicative, prompt and pleasant. Its nice that as a mom with kids to care for that I have a reliable RV tech I can call on. The one i used prior was an absolute nightmare. This brings so much peace in case anything ever goes wrong in the RV again. I know he can get very busy at times, but he has always answered my calls eventually- even in the busiest season. In fact, he was the only one who returned my call back during that time. His service call price was super affordable to boot. Highly recommended!
Greg came out today, helped me install new awning fabric and a new high limit board on our 'fridge. Very nice work and all in about 2 hours. Second time we've used him and should the need arise again, he's on our 'go to' list.
Very knowledgeable and sincere. Does fast efficient high quality work. Doesn't try to sell anything just gets right to the issue. Has great contacts in the RV insustry with the RV builders and parts manufacturers. Highly recommend.
