I needed help urgently. A pending legal matter required my email be up and running and printer working properly and neither was. Not only did Jeff ANSWER his phone ? he came out SAME DAY! Who does this?!!!! I can tell you....NOBODY! He reprogrammed my copier to communicate with my computer, explained why my Gmail account had to be accessed through Chrome in under an hour. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Jeff impressed me as being very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He was able to save an old computer that I gave up for the bone yard and he also optimized my new computer. He was also able to analyze my wifi system and made some helpful recommendations for me that will improve speed and performance of our wifi. I would most certainly utilize Jeff's services again should that be necessary in the future.
