Pros: the custom sizing, price, shipping speed, ease of install, function, customer service. Cons: none. I don't see the point of other reviews regarding shipping costs or install directions - I found their price point to be extremely competitive (if you want free shipping, get something from China on Amazon and get what you pay for) and yes, installing and squaring/levelling the shelf/drawers is something that requires a bit of detail and knowledge. I ordered these pull out shelves for my pantry two weeks ago. They came 3 days later. Perfect size and fit. Very good quality and easy installation. I might need to order again for my base cabinets.Would definitely recommend.
Four years ago, my wife and I had Slide Out Shelves install slideouts throughout our kitchen and both bathrooms. We loved them so much that we we just had them install slideouts in our new home too!
