“We volunteer for Red Rose Inspiration for Animals, and brought in Mandy and Tony for dental work, and Dr Fernandez has been been thorough, kind, and gentle on initial and follow up appt....Tony is reactive to men, but he trusted Dr Fernandez, and both dogs appreciated the time at the end of appt when Dr F got down to show some Love.
