I have used Diamondback twice now, and would recommend Ben's work to anyone. He knows his stuff, pays attention to detail, and is punctual. Not only is his work to notch, but he's an awesome guy. Very personable and down to earth. Give him a call.
I've used diamondback rooter twice now and have been so happy both times. The first was for a leaking kitchen faucet and the second a leaking hot water heater. Both times they were very professional and explained every thing to me. They were quick in getting parts to get everything replaced. They were honest and fair. Ben was absolutely amazing! He communicated w me prior to his visit. Took off shoes and kept his work space clean. He fixed the problem of our leaking tub and showed me why and how it was fixed so I had assurance in his work. I definitely recommend Ben! He was awesome!! Best Prescott plumber around!
