“Pros: the custom sizing, price, shipping speed, ease of install, function, customer service. Cons: none. I don't see the point of other reviews regarding shipping costs or install directions - I found their price point to be extremely competitive (if you want free shipping, get something from China on Amazon and get what you pay for) and yes, installing and squaring/levelling the shelf/drawers is something that requires a bit of detail and knowledge. This is my record shelf pull out and I wanted full extension. It's not my first rodeo with shelf/drawer mods and install so that went fine. Their measuring directions are solid, just follow them (formatting of directions could be better, but everything is there). Had an issue with the left side slide soft close (plastic broke and was unfunctional) - I emailed them that day and they sent me a replacement that came 3 days later. Great customer service!! Price point is way better than the rev-a-shelf or other type product (used those before as well), and the upgraded full extension soft close is awesome. Glad I stumbled onto them and will use again for future projects if I have more. Note: use more screws to secure the base if you have heavier stuff to put on like mine - especially in the rear supports for the base mount (you know, physics). (excuse my project inspector Stitch in the photos - he's always checking my work)“

“I realized how much I liked the first set that I had them come back for more! When you are old and short and arthritic not having to crawl into the bottom cabinets is wonderful. They were quick. Mike's installation was neat and convenient and I have recommended them to friends.“
