Ana has been great, she’s my trainer here ant Vasa and knows what she’s doing. I have bad knees and she has worked with me and shown me different ways to workout and get the results I am looking for!
I've been going to this VASA for awhile and there's been times where I want to cancel my membership to go somewhere else. If it weren't for folks like Julie (Julianna), Lynnah, I believe her name is Natalie, then Gloria and Wendy for what they do and their support, I would've made change already. Huge thanks to them for making VASA so welcoming and engaging!
Have been taking Yoga all summer in top resort in CA. I’m back here in AZ now . The senior yoga class here today was far superior to the ones I took at the ( very expensive) resort. The coach here was better in terms of mix of stretching and breathing and rapport with attendees. Good job. Don’t know her name - it’s Thursday 1030 practice. Thank you. Dr Fleming
