I started going to Dr Simms about 14 years ago! She is always so knowledgeable (I have a difficult prescription) and kind. But she went above and beyond to help me out when I went on vacation without packing extra contact lenses! Whoops!!! As a daily wearer I was desperate and she came to my rescue sending the RX to a lens place in Michigan, on a holiday weekend! Saved our family vacation.
From the moment I walked in, and through every single part of the exam, and then with picking out my new glasses - everyone there was so friendly and so helpful! I will definitely be going there again!
There are 100's maybe even 1000's of places to go get an eye exam and buy contacts and or spectacles in the Valley of the Sun!! I mean you only go once a year if your eyes are healthy... it's just something about Dr. Simms and her crew that make this the place to go for me!! I feel cared for here. And I'm not treated like it's just a yearly transaction!! Kinda look forward to getting my 👀exam.. there's always a nice updated selection of frames available too!! Can't wait to get my RayBan browline glasses with the signature G-15 tint in 8 more days!!!! 👓
