Diego is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Hands down some of the best customer service I have seen in my 45 years!! I thought I downloaded a virus and was freaking out. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it without needing to take my computer as it was just a pop up ad. He was so insightful and gave me such thoughtful and considerate care.
