Tried floating for the first time this week. Ashly made it a great introductory experience. As someone who is completely unfamiliar with spas, I found this one to be accommodating and inviting. The place is very clean and lends itself to a relaxing experience.
Finally relaxation. I have tried massages, chiropractor and home remedies to help me relax with a high stress career. I feel so much better!!! Thank you!! The customer service is phenomenal.

The staff was fantastic: very friendly, extremely informative, and had approachable personalities.
The experience was pretty straightforward, and there were signs and labels with clear instructions if needed.
Personal shout out to Kiyomi, who was still in training even though she did a phenomenal job. She has a fantastic trainer walking her through the ropes, so another shout out to Jasmine for your tenured experience.
Update: The one thing that would have elevated the experience to 5 stars would be the cleanliness... read full review
