Great Gym ! Very nice clean place , great professional trainers , been training with the owner Susy for over a year , she keeps me on track and comes with new exercises all the time to keep the training not boring and extremely exciting!

I started working with Alex, one of the trainers, back in April. She is so amazing, kind, supportive while also being challenging! She provides a tailored for you plan and actually listens to your goals. I can't express my praise and gratefulness for her enough. The facility itself is always clean, does have a shower, and a wide variety of equipment/machines. It is smaller in size and the whole staff is friendly relieving any kind of intimidating/uncomfortable feelings that can be felt in a gym when you have no idea what you're doing. I highly recommend this family owned establishment.

The trainers all around have a great attitude! Very encouraging while working out, pushing to your limits! Making work out to fit you, fit your schedules. Trainers club is awesome, and an opened space for all sorts of needs. Trainers for everything and everyone! Check them out
