I left a voicemail for microwave repair on Tuesday 4/11 and have not received a call back. Their message said "for quicker service, call our sister company SidPro Appliance Repair." Called SidPro on Wednesday 4/12 and have not heard from them either.

The door got stuck on our oven. Our building sent us the repair guy that couldn't fix it. The we called Tip Top Appliances and Victor came and took care of the problem. Thanks to Victor we're cooking chicken again! I does come with the cost, but honestly it was a reasonable price.. Thank you Victor and Tip Top Appliances. I hope nothing breaks, but if it does we will definitely call you in the future!

Second time Tip Top came to our rescue and saved us from having to buy a brand new dryer, it works just like new-great service!
