I had an initial issue with Sun Valley Solar Solutions returning my several requests for service, with no responses, which left me very upset and felt neglected as a customer. I was recently Informed there were issues with the system that processes service requests, which has since been rectified. Service contacted me and scheduled on-site residential service within a reasonable time frame. Justin and Aimee in service reached out to me and were extremely helpful. Thank you to the team for their swift response and assistance to help me resolve my solar control panel issue quickly.

Great company to do business with - had a few small hiccups in our solar project, which they quickly fixed and remedied. That gave me enough confidence to go with them again for my battery backup project. Will definitely be using them again in the future for any other projects/installs I have in mind!
