Everyone is very professional and thoughtful. From the moment upon entry, through the session and exiting the PT you receive a welcoming, the PT, Melissa goes above and beyond with exercises, stretching and the wonderful heat pack and Cathy work and looks to make sure that you get the best appointment that suits you. Also, Melissa and Cathy wished you have a good day or weekend.
This is my first experience at Sozo Physical Therapy. I went there on a recommendation from a very good friend. Melissa Warren is my physical therapist and I couldn't be happier. She is very kind and I trust her and that's a mouth full. I have had PT before at many different places but this place is the best. It is small and not a lot of chois. Most places start you with a physical therapist and before long that person is treating someone else and a PT assistant takes over. Melissa is the only person who treats me. That is a big plus if you have had PT therapy before. I am very happy at Sozo and very happy with my therapist.
My first session Melissa was so easy to understand what was going to happen with my progress. She was patient an explained what we were going to work on to get my knee replacement better. She made me feel comfortable with what we were going to work on and not try to do more than what l could handle. I'm looking forward to working with her.
