I been with Simplicity well over a year. I have always had a great experience but today I saw Brook S. who made me feel so calm and relaxed. I have loved all results from the laser. This office has a great group of girls, they are all very helpful.

Scarlett and all the laser technicians have been great. I have been very happy with my results after just 3 treatments. I have done laser hair removal many years ago and the machines and technicians skill make a big difference in the results. Its effective and affordable with this company and they have locations all over the place. I didn't renew my waxing subscription because it was actually cheaper to do more areas with more permanent results! And best of all, no awkward regrowth!

I had such a great experience at Simplicity Laser! While waiting in the lobby, I overheard that Brooke and Sophia were short-staffed because someone couldn’t make it in. You honestly would’ve never known — they both handled everything so calmly and professionally. They kept things running smoothly with huge smiles on their faces the whole time. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made the experience super positive even under pressure. Big shoutout to Brooke and Sophia for being awesome! ?
