We have been seeing Dr. Luce since my son was 6 years old. I was so happy to be able to continue to have her care for my son. Sight on Site staff was friendly and courteous from the moment we walked in. Mike was amazing talking about the different frames, and making my son feel comfortable. Dr. Luce was thorough. A MASSIVE and appreciative thank you to Sight on Site for providing a level of customer service to their patients/clients that I have not experienced in many many years from any type of industry. A little background: Sight on Site came to my place of employment (South Mountain Community College) to provide eye exams and allow us to purchase frames. It was incredibly convenient to walk across the courtyard and have an eye exam and finish up by browsing many beautiful frames for purchase. They knew what our company’s insurance coverage entailed, so it was a simple and beneficial experience. I chose to have my eyeglasses sent to my home as opposed to picking them up in their office in Chandler to continue the convenience of my experience. I received the eyeglasses I purchased in 10 days and they looked great. This happened to be a Friday afternoon. I knew my prescription had changed and while I loved the cute look of both glasses, they felt “strong” or “off” when I attempted to use them. I knew I was heading out of town Sunday and decided to email Sight on Site Friday evening to ask if someone could please check them for me after I returned home. My goal was to feel comfortable and certain that I simply needed to get used to my new prescription and that they were in fact the correct strength lenses. Literally that same evening I received an email back that the very next day (this would be a Saturday) that the doctor could go into their office and double check my prescription and my glasses. I went the next day on Saturday and they triple checked my prescription, adjusted my frames to perfection, allowed me to try in between strengths to show me my previous and now new prescription, and in the most thorough fashion helped solve my issue. My prescription and new glasses were perfect and it was a matter of me simply getting used to the change. I was told that if I couldn’t get used to it that they would change the lenses out for me. No single company cares enough to go out of their way for one single person like that during off hours to ensure I can take my new glasses on my trip. Mr. Michael Garcia and Dr McKenna went out of their way to help little ole me and now my new glasses are on my face in Amsterdam! Thank you so much for your caring ways, it means a lot to me and I really appreciate it. Company owners……maybe you should consider Sight on Site for your employees since it was a great experience all around!
