Serrano Orthodontics has become like family to us! We have been patients since approximately 2021. The entire staff at Serrano, from the front desk to the back office, are always kind. Not only are my children's teeth progressing beautifully, but they also genuinely enjoy attending their appointments. While insurance only covers so much, Becky has made managing payments easy. It is a tremendous relief for me as a mother to have one less thing to be concerned about. 💕

The first impression, when you walk in the door, is WOW! The facility is super clean and modern! All the staff is very nice, efficient, and professional. Their equipment is state of the art. Karina was great! She and Dr. Serrano, answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!
