I first used Royalty Rentals for a last minute birthday party, and it exceeded our expectations. It was for a kid's birthday so stress was high. I am a repeat customer because they offer delivery or pickup (we always choose pickup), but the cherry on top is that you can pickup your equipment the day before which is a lifesaver. And the cherry on top of that cherry is that you can drop off your equipment the day after your event which means less stress during the aftermath. It might seem silly but, those are the little things that make me a repeat customer.

Royalty Rentals were very easy to work with, there was rain expected and they were prepared to bring more tarp and covers for the dance floor we rented. The delivery team and the customer service department worked hand in hand. They coordinated all the details and left no worries for the customer. Thank you and we will be sending your referrals.

I have been using Royal Rentals for YEARS! They deliver on time (sometimes even early!), linens come clean, pressed and wrapped on hangers. Customer service is always pleasant and the communication is fantastic! Even though we have moved cities from when I first started using them, I just won't rent from any other place. 10/10 recommend!
