Boy people can be harsh in these reviews! I have had great experiences with this company. What a huge task it must be to coordinate so many things at one time. Sometimes unforeseen situations come up that you have no control over. I think we all need to learn to roll with the punches sometimes. And Arizona events will be hot and we need to remember this company can't create miracles or change the weather. Being rude to disabled people is never okay. Maybe more training on how to handle different situations in that aspect may be helpful. But I also feel that the heat plays a huge factor in the lack of patience and tolerance. Applied for a job here and this place is really balanced. The staff prides themselves on great customer service.I worked an overnight shift through a temp app and came in at 2am and it was for wrong day. I fought like heck convincing the staff Savannah that I was scheduled for this shift. She was so polite and had the patience of JOB in the bible with me.Her energy matched my energy and she told me she loved my energy as well. I went back home without working all up in my feeling with my company, to only realize the shift was for the following week. ? Thank you Pride Group team for putting together our corporate event on such short notice. The rental furniture was trendy and comfortable and really created a great environment for our attendees. The delivery window was a tight one so we appreciate your trucks showing up early and everyone was very professional. Highly recommend this business.
