Horrible experience, Dr. Dinesh Chinthagada is an awful physician. I went in seeking help for an injury but was met with hostility, judgemental attitude, and very dismissive when I tried to explain my pain. He didn't even look at the forms I filled out explaining why I was there and how I was feeling. How can a doctor know the problem without getting any information on the patient. I could tell he had made up his mind that he wasn't going to help me before he even walked thru that door, and its ridiculous. The absolute most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I was referred here only to have a surgery done & it never happened. For starters, they didn't make sure they'd processed things correctly so they would be paid my insurance. They ended up calling me to get a referral from my PCP weeks after my initial appointment. Then, they scheduled my surgery when Dr. C's credentials weren't even in order at Banner. They cancelled my surgery 2 days before the scheduled date. That was 8 months ago. Doctors here are completely useless, do not waste your time or money coming here! I met with a pain management doctor and all he said is they could not do anything about my problem and to go somewhere else.
