I am very impressed by Monique and the studio. She really listens to what you want, she takes her time and is very professional. The place is super cute and clean. I had my eyebrows done and they look great! I will be getting a small tattoo from her soon as well. I highly recommend Permanent Makeup Clinic Chandler! ?
