I've been coming to this location for years now, and I've ALWAYS had a good experience every single time I go in! Every time I'm there the staff are always so nice and answer all my questions, and they always help me achieve the best tan. Not to mention they keep place SPOTLESS. They do a great job at keeping the facility, clean and always keep me wanting to come back. I've built relationships not only with the employees that work there but also the people who come in. It's just overall all a great experience. I would definitely recommend coming to the chandler, Palm Beach Tan. You won't regret it!

So I initially complained about paying for something and not receiving those services.... I will have to amend my complaint; I went in today and was taken aback by the courtesies of lady and man at the front working. That everything had been resolved and wit a timely fashion. Kudos!

I've been going to this tanning salon for years now and always keeping the spray tan package... Even tho its so very expensive I've often found sometimes such a headache with getting charged with something. And even tho I pay 70 a month for a spray tan once a week or every 2 weeks I still have to pay another $11 for the color I want. It's just crazy... After You've been a customer for so long I feel like they should offer some kind of sales or a break. Everything in this world is so expensive and I do a tan because it makes me feel better about myself.
