Definitely miss Dr. Jordan. Will not recommend this office without a physician. Have been a patient for about 10 years. NP Michelle Yoo is thorough, but not a physician. Makes me wonder if I should seek out a new facility.

My physician retired and sold her practice to Optum, so let us say that I didn't choose Optum specifically; nevertheless, if I were dissatisfied in any way, I would seek a different provider -- I am not however!

They are great here. I see Michelle Yoo, PA-C. She has handled all my health complexities and regular stuff in a fantastic manner. She listens well and always addresses my questions and concerns kindly. I would recommend her to anyone. The office staff work do excellent work. Medical assistants also. I have only had a billing concern during the time Optum bought the practice. That was at the corporate level, and it was possible to talk to someone familiar with that change (2023). Have had no issues since.
