I had first appt with Dr Yoo Jan 11, 2026. It is Feb 5th and I have yet to get referrals to any of my specialist. I have called daily, rescheduled appt woth each specialist 3 times. My monthly injection with Retinologist is now a month over due for Macular Degeneration (Feb 12). This is the worst medical company l have ever been a patient of. Their phone service doesn't allow to talk to referral dept. Mountain West Referral should be forced to close. They are totally incompetent.

I miss Dr Jordan!
I can't complain about the NPs there but the back office are so slow and make so many mistakes with prescriptions and referrals and setting up procedures. We just got tired of it & find a new Dr. A real MD that Optum can't seem to hire at least at this location.

The doctor that cared and took the time to listen to your concern is no longer there. Don’t go here the NP not doctors are dismissive they could care less what’s wrong with you my first time seeing Achuthan I came for a urgent appointment instead of going to ER she give diagnosis/prescription before even looking at my chart. This place is is a joke need to start looking for some place else before end up 💀
