Monster Air was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and made the entire HVAC process, from quotation to installation, smooth and stress-free. A couple of months after the install, I wanted to adjust my fan speed. They came out immediately and took care of it without hesitation. That kind of service and follow-through really impressed me. I highly recommend Monster Air to anyone looking for reliable HVAC solutions and top-notch customer care! (they were cheaper than most of their competitors too - an added plus)
Dan and Dwight are super service techs! Always polite, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I ask questions and they answer them.
Just wish we were experiencing better results from the parts and unit itself.

Dwight stopped, knocked on the door and went to west side of the house to work on the AC unit. I put up a patio shade 108 degrees.
Checked the capacitor, bad and replaced, checked fuses, breaker tripped.
Took temp from the vent and slowly cooling down.
