I have been going to EVFP for several years seeing Dr. Gannon each time, he has been a great physician no issues. I had to go to an Urgent Care on an off day for EVFP for an immediate issue. At the end of UC visit I was to see my Primary Physician to follow up and extend the prescription from UC. I tried to call for two days and I was on hold for 20 to 60 minutes each time, I finally drove to the office. I was greeted from behind the desk be a gal assuming I was someone else, instead of asking why I came into the office. I told her my issues with calling in and she said, 'yes many people have told we have a phone issue." I'm glad I wasn't the only with this issue. I needed an appointment with Dr. Gannon on Friday as a follow up to my UC appointment. She told me he was not available this week but we do have Nurse Practioners you could see but they are booked this week too. I felt like the kid asking mom questions and instead of giving the correct answer first throws the distraction response to throw you off. Didn't work. Just answer the question the first time. I asked if I had to join the MD VIP in order to get an appointment and what does that cost? No response. I left, and now searching for another Primary Physician.

I have been going to this medical office for years and it has gone WAY down. You can't see a doctor unless you pay to be in their membership and then when you see a PA, they are totally incompetent. All they seem to know how to do is write prescriptions (that you don't need) and send you out for testing but they don't know how to read the test results and they want to send you back three months later did you repeat the whole test all over again!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!

My husband has been going here for years. Dr. Lawrence himself is a great doctor - but his staff, is unhelpful and rude. The doctor will say he'll help with things - the staff will not do so and won't even ask him. If you don't work banker hours good luck getting in for 5 minute refill appts, my husband works 4am to 5pm, with Fridays off (the day Dr Lawrence isn't in), latest appt everyday is 3:15. He's had to go without his meds for days due to scheduling conflicts and them being unwilling to help (although Dr. Lawrence has said he'd help anytime - his staff does not). The doc a was on vacation, they wouldn't even do a refill for 5 days of a medication he's been on 7 years and can't just stop taking until he came in... which was after the vacation. When the Dr. told my husband in office anytime you can't make it I'll do a month to get you through and then we'll schedule you. Office staff says no, and "nothing we can do". That's not really caring about your patients, and seems to be a reoccurring issue based on other reviews.
