Monica and the floor installation each get 5 stars. Where we lose stars is with Watson Flooring LLC. They are the 3rd party company who installed our baseboards. And to be frank, it's looks like a blind, drunk toddler installed them. There is no way this job can be valued at what we paid (nearly 10k).

The store manger was very friendly, answered all my questions was not pushy at selling anything and recommend me many types of flooring. I ended up going with the Rose Canyon, loved it!!!
