Denny fixed 5 items i had listed, , he reinstalled a back screen door, loosened a sink faucet that was very hard to move, and nicely fastened a portion of outside wall that had been opened to repair a plumbing problem. finally, he replaced a small patio roof of plastic panels quicklyu and efficiently, and the charge for all of this work was very reasonable. i will call upon him again.
