She has a cozy and chill room which is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. She plays great relaxing music as well. She made me feel taken care of and addressed all my skin care needs/ goals. She is great at deciding which products to use for my skin that is dry/ some hyperpigmentation/ acne scars and does a wonderful dermaplane and facial. She is also a waxing wizard! “Today, I had an emergency, I needed my eyelashes and glue removed. I had an allergic reaction to my lash technician’s glue. They immediately took me in and removed the lashes and glue. The doctor had prescribe me an antibotic but it was not going to work if I still had the glue on my eyes. Amazing Lash Studio book me an appointment right way. My eyes feels so
much better. My eyes were really red and my eyelids very swollen. The lady at the front desk and the Master Eye Lash specialist were so kind and showed a lot of empathy. The Master Eyelash person knew what to do. I did not even feel her removing the eyelash and glue. I really have to give a BIG SHOUT out to the lady who was working the desk and the MASTER EYELASH Specialists. Thank you for your empathy and professionalism, it goes a long way. They also said as I was walking out the door, that they were going to follow up with me. I was shocked. I usually do not do reviews but I had to do one today. My appointment was on 6-12-24. “Wow, Theresa is SUCH A GEM and a true expert in lash extensions (she also trains others in her methods). I can say that she is extremely meticulous and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your new lashes!She knew exactly the type of look I was going for to enhance the natural shape of my eye and perfect for a beach getaway (where you don't want to have apply mascara everyday). She gave me the most beautiful natural lashes, but she can also do more of a bold look. She is very versatile so just show her pictures of what you're going for and she'll make it happen. I also love that she only uses Feather Lashes, which feel so light, you barely notice you have them on! They lasted through a two-week vacation in Mexico (very humid climate) and three weeks later, they still look great!After the session, she took the time to send me all of the details about the lash extensions I received so I would know what to ask for if I needed it in the future. She even helped me track down an alternative to the medical grade eyelash shampoo she recommended when I realized the one she suggested wouldn't arrive in time before I left for my vacation!And if that wasn't enough, she is the absolute sweetest person ever! She truly loves what she does, helping women feel and look even more beautiful. Highly recommend trying to schedule if you can as I'm not sure if she is taking many new clients these days!“
